Business Mechanix operates as an independent Business Consultancy in Kent, working with many different companies and individuals to offer one-off tailored consultancy / coaching sessions or ongoing business coaching support.

 

Our ongoing business coaching normally involves creating a year-long business action plan (in collaboration with and actively listening to you) and meeting with you on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis help you to produce constant and measurable improvements in sales & marketing, financial understanding, leadership / staffing development and processes / operations to make your company as ship-shape, profitable and healthy as possible over the year.

We can also meet with business owners and / or their management team (virtually or otherwise) for one or a series of sessions to provide a deeper dive analysis in to areas such as sales targets and marketing strategy, employee engagement initiatives, leadership development and financial understanding in order to help you focus on particular areas that may need some attention and improvement.
