Business Mechanix operates as an independent Business Consultancy in Kent, working with small and medium sized companies to offer one-off tailored consultancy sessions or ongoing business coaching support.

 

Our ongoing business coaching normally involves creating a year-long business action plan (in collaboration with you) using the award winning New Level Results Curve coaching software.

We will then meet with you monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly to help you to produce constant and measurable improvements in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, leadership, staffing, processes & operations, making your company as ship-shape, profitable and healthy as possible over the year.

We can also meet with business owners and / or their management team (virtually or otherwise) for one or a series of sessions to provide deeper dive analyses in to areas such as sales targets and marketing strategy, employee engagement initiatives and leadership development, staffing & outsourcing needs to help you focus on particular areas that may need some attention and improvement.
