Normally after carrying out a Business MOT Healthcheck, we would work with you to create a Year-Long Business Action Plan focusing on four main areas: 

 Sales & Marketing (including targets), Finance & Financial understanding, Leadership & Staffing development and Processes & Operations to help make your company as ship-shape, profitable and healthy as possible over the course of a year.

You may also want to take a deeper dive in to your sales and marketing processes. This plan will help you create detailed and intricate sales targets looking at different categories of clients and developing an in-depth marketing strategy to help you attract new business.

This will help your company to be more focused on sales efforts rather than taking a scattergun approach and hoping for the best. This plan can also be incorporated into a Year Plan.

Leadership and Employee Engagement / Motivation / Welfare Road Map

This plan will look more in-depth at your leadership skills and style, the motivation / engagement levels of your employees and welfare and wellbeing support. The aim here is to make necessary improvements and lasting change in leadership and staffing to create a healthy, productive and dynamic business culture. Again, this plan can also be added to a Year Plan.
